Considerations
Keep the following in mind when using Blackpurl in a browser:
Display differences between browsers — Fonts and layout may vary slightly between browsers. This is controlled by the browser itself, not by Blackpurl.
Beta browsers are not supported — Only stable, released versions of supported browsers are supported. Beta or preview releases are not.
Browser extensions can cause issues — If you experience problems in a specific browser, check whether any installed extensions are interfering before contacting support.
JavaScript must be enabled — Blackpurl requires JavaScript to function. Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
Hardware and equipment issues — Problems related to your computer or other hardware are outside the scope of Blackpurl support. Contact your IT team for assistance with equipment issues.
