This report will provide you with a list of the Sales Taxes that are in your Blackpurl
From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports - Sales Tax
The default report will show the following columns and will show the current active taxes:
If you want to change any of the parameters, just click on 
For example, you may want to show all taxes including those that have been made inactive (don't forget to click on APPLY)
