We have introduced for our Blackpurl Corporate Users that log into multiple Blackpurls, a Single Sign On (SSO) / Quick Sign On option


This will allow a Blackpurl Corporate User to log into multiple stores using one Single Sign On" we add in ie one username/password combination and one MFA authentication to access all of the locations they have a Blackpurl license for 


This does not mean it is a Single Sign On for any other log in scenarios ie Google email etc, this is for the sole purpose of logging into Blackpurl at multiple stores 

The user will also need to have the relevant Blackpurl Licenses at all the relevant stores 


This article will go through how setup is requested and then how it works 


Prerequisite 


Setup needs to be completed


To begin setup, please complete a request for Multi-Store Quick Sign-On by clicking this link --> Sign up and then selecting  



From the next screen > select the option that best suits you 



  • Option A - Add a Corporate License to a Location

    If you select this option, 


It will then direct you to which location that you need to add a corporate license to - please type in the Dealership location



Then you will be required to provide the corporate user's details  



Then please fill out the all fields for your contact information and then click on




Once submitted, Blackpurl will be in contact 



  • Option B - Connect an Existing Corporate License to Quick Sign-On 


If you select this option  you will be prompted to indicate which location that you need to connect to Quick Sign-On
 



Then you will be required to provide the corporate user's details  



Then please fill out the all fields for your contact information and then click on


Once submitted, Blackpurl will be in contact 



  • Option C - I'm not sure - I need assistance  


Simply click on  and then fill out the prompts of how we can help

 

then please provide us with your contact details


Once submitted, Blackpurl will be in contact


How to switch to another Blackpurl 


Once setup is complete, the User can log into any of the relevant Blackpurls with their username / password specific for that site - remember that Authentication / MFA requirements are still required 


Once logged into Blackpurl, they will notice under in the Blackpurl Header, that the other  Blackpurl Dealerships that they have access to, will list under the Quick sign-on section

In our example below we have logged into the Parent Blackpurl Dealership of NEW BP US Company and the other Dealerships that this User can log into are  AUS UAT and NZ UAT (listed in the Quick sign-on section)


 


When this User wants to login to AUS UAT instead, they simple click on and from the Quick sign-on section click on AUS UAT

Blackpurl will then automatically log into the Dealership AUS UAT 

The User is now logged into AUS UAT Blackpurl and you can see that under Quick sign-on, it now lists the Parent Blackpurl USA UAT and the other NZ UAT 





Logging out is as normal at the end of the day etc
