With the release of the Chromium version 142 update, it included a new security setting for "Local network access" with a default setting of ASK but we are finding it is causing a few issues with printing labels out of Blackpurl
This means that anyone who has downloaded the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Brave, etc, may encounter an error with label printing from Blackpurl
Keep in mind that this is just one reason why you may not be able to print labels and there may be other reasons why you cannot print labels ie the correct software is not installed / the printer is not installed onto your computer etc
Updating the "Local network access" Setting
To ensure that this new security feature does not impede label printing from Blackpurl, you will need make a simple change to the "Local network access" setting

Our Systems Analyst at Blackpurl has produced a video (see below) that will go through where the setting is and how to update it
Please note that you will need to make this change on any device that has had Chromium version 142 update and is running into issues printing labels
