BRP Parts Ordering Integration (Beta Test Dealerships Only)
Blackpurl has introduced a new BRP Parts Ordering Integration that allows dealers to submit Vendor Orders (VOs) directly to BRP using their API. This feature is currently available to beta test dealerships only.
The integration is disabled by default. A new configuration setting has been added to the BRP Vendors list to enable it.
When enabled, submitting a BRP VO first validates the order directly with BRP via their API and presents the validation results to the user.
If no errors are found during validation, the user can then submit the VO directly to BRP.
Viewing a submitted BRP order now also displays the current status of that order with BRP.
A new tool has been added for viewing submitted BRP orders so dealers can check order status directly from BRP.
This feature has only been released to beta test dealerships at this time.
Website Product Management Updates (Shopify — Beta Test Dealerships Only)
Several fixes have been applied to the Shopify integration for website product management. These updates are currently available to beta test dealerships only.
Resolved an issue where Shopify product variants were not being added as part line items on the Customer Order (CO).
A number of small issues encountered during beta testing between August 13–24 have been corrected.
These fixes have only been released to beta test dealerships at this time.
