Multi-Store Quick Sign-On (SSO) lets Blackpurl corporate users log into multiple store locations using one username and password combination with a single Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) step. This feature is designed specifically for logging into Blackpurl across multiple dealership locations — it does not connect to external sign-on systems such as Google. The user must hold a valid Blackpurl license at each location they want to access.
Before You Start
Setup must be completed before you can use Quick Sign-On. To request setup, complete the Multi-Store Quick Sign-On request form at this sign-up link and select Multi-Store Quick Sign-On for Corporate Users.
The form then asks which product you want to add to your account.
On the next screen, select the option that best describes your situation.
Setup Options
Three options are available when completing the request form. Choose the one that matches your situation.
Option A: Add a Corporate License to a Location
Select Add a Corporate License to a Location if you need a new corporate license added to one of your dealership locations.
When prompted, type the name of the dealership location that needs the corporate license added.
Enter the corporate user's details when prompted.
Fill out all fields in the contact information form, then click Submit.
Once submitted, Blackpurl will be in contact.
Option B: Connect an Existing Corporate License to Quick Sign-On
Select Connect an Existing Corporate License to Quick Sign-On if you already have a corporate license and need it connected to the Quick Sign-On feature.
When prompted, indicate which location needs to be connected to Quick Sign-On.
Enter the corporate user's details when prompted.
Fill out all fields in the contact information form, then click Submit.
Once submitted, Blackpurl will be in contact.
Option C: I'm Not Sure — I Need Assistance
Select I'm not sure — I need assistance if you are unsure which option applies to you.

How to Switch to Another Blackpurl Location
Once setup is complete, you can switch between dealership locations without logging out and back in. MFA authentication is still required when you first log in for the session.
1. Log into any of your Blackpurl locations using that location's username and password.
2. Click your User icon in the Blackpurl header. A dropdown appears listing the other dealership locations you have access to under the Quick sign-on section. Each location's profile icon may look different — this is expected.
3. Click the name of the dealership you want to switch to in the Quick sign-on section. Blackpurl automatically logs you into that location.
Log out as normal at the end of your session. Logging out of one location does not affect your access to others.
