Active Service Sublet Report

Track all active service sublets in Blackpurl to follow up on vendor orders and ensure customer work is completed.

The Active Service Sublet report gives your dealership a complete view of all sublets currently open in the system. Use it to follow up with vendors, confirm sublet vendor orders have been placed and processed, and identify any customer orders that haven't been closed out.

How to Run the Active Service Sublet Report

1. In the Blackpurl header, click Reporting, then select Reports.

2. In the Reports section, navigate to Service > Active Service Sublets.

The report lists all active sublets in the system, giving you the information needed to chase up vendors, confirm orders are in progress, and ensure no customer work is being left unattended.

For a full breakdown of sublet activity including vendor details, use the Columns control to add any vendor-related columns to the report view.
