The Sublet Accrual Account report shows the total value of sublets that have been vendor received but not yet vendor invoiced in Blackpurl. Run this report regularly to keep your accounting package's Sublet Accrual General Ledger in sync with Blackpurl.
What This Report Is For
The Sublet Accrual Account report lets you see the running total of your Sublet Accrual — that is, sublets that have been vendor received in Blackpurl but have not yet been vendor invoiced. This total is what you compare against your accounting package when reconciling.
How to Run This Report
Navigate to the report by following this path in Blackpurl:
1. Click Reporting in the Blackpurl header.
2. Select Reports.
3. Go to Reconciliation > Sublet Accrual Account.
The report opens with the relevant filters, columns, and totals already configured. To get the Sublet Accrual Account total, click Totals and review the figure displayed.
When to Run This Report
Run this report regularly — at a minimum, at the end of each month. This lets you balance your accounting package's Sublet Accrual General Ledger against the total in Blackpurl and catch any discrepancies before they compound.
What to Do With This Report
If your dealership has accounting integration, use the Sublet Accrual Account total from this report to compare against the corresponding Sublet Accrual General Ledger in your accounting package. The two figures should match.
