The Customer Report in Blackpurl generates a list of all customers in your system. You can customize the columns displayed, adjust filters, and export the results — making it useful for tasks like building email lists or running letter drops.
Running the Customer Report
To open the Customer Report, navigate to Reporting in the Blackpurl header, then select Reports and choose Customers.
The report opens with a default set of columns and filter parameters already applied.
You can adjust the report at any time by clicking Parameters to change filters, or Columns to select or deselect the fields displayed in the results.
Exporting Customer Data
The Customer Report is well suited for exporting to CSV. Adjust the columns to include only the fields you need, then export the file for use in email campaigns, letter drops, or other outreach activities.
