The Parts Picklist drawer on a Customer Order gives your team a complete view of every part required to fulfil that order — across all sections including Parts & Accessories, Service Jobs, and Deal Service. Staff use the drawer to track picking progress and record how many units have been pulled from stock.
Drawer Icon Indicator
The Parts Picklist drawer is represented by an icon in the drawer listing. When the icon includes a red dot this means that the drawer contains at least one line item has a pulled quantity that differs from its needed quantity — meaning parts still need to be pulled from stock.
Viewing the Parts Picklist Drawer
Opening the Parts Picklist drawer shows a list of all parts entered across every section of the CO. For each part the quantities needed/ordered are shown along with the status of the part line item and its location.
The Pulled value on a line item is where you can indicate how many of the part have been pulled from stock for the customer order.
Notes are provided for each part indicating it's ETA and which ordering transaction was the last one used to process any special orders.
Part Statuses
Each line item in the Parts Picklist carries a status that shows where the part stands. Status icons appear in the Status column and are especially relevant for special order parts. The Notes column provides additional detail for each status.

Printing a Parts Pick Ticket
The Parts Pick Ticket is a document you can print or email to guide staff through physically collecting parts for a Customer Order. The Parts Picklist drawer header gives you direct access to the print modal with the Pick Ticket already selected — you do not need to navigate away from the drawer.
In the Parts Picklist drawer header, click the Print icon.
The print modal opens with the Pick Ticket checkbox pre-selected.
Choose Print Selected or Email Selected to generate the Parts Pick Ticket.
The printed or emailed Parts Pick Ticket includes the customer's details, order reference, the parts required grouped by section, each part's location and status, quantities already pulled, quantities still to pick, and a blank column staff can write into while collecting parts from your shelves. Once picking is complete, enter the final counts in the Pulled column in the drawer.
