The floor plan management feature introduces new costs on unit records and all unit related reports will reflect these new costs.
General unit report updates
A number of unit related reports include Total Unit Cost and Profit values. All of these report values will now include any accrued floor plan interest. They will not include any expensed interest as being part of a units cost or profit.
Inventory Unit reports
Not only will these reports include accrued interest only in the Total Cost values.
Additional optional columns are included in these reports for:
Interest Accrued - interest which is applied against the unit inventory valuation
Interest Expensed - interest which is NOT applied against the unit inventory valuation
Order Unit reports
Additional optional columns are included in this report for:
Floor Plan Unit - a simple yes/no to indicate if it is a floor plan unit
Floor Plan Company - name of the flooring company
Floor Plan Terms - the floor plan terms assigned to the unit
