This article will go through the System Settings > Support Upgrades & Add-ons option on the System Settings Dashboard
Please note that only Users with Admin User Permissions will see this System Settings
If you do not have access to this System Setting, please discuss your requirements with your Manager

From the System Settings Dashboard, click on

and it will take you to the Blackpurl Knowledge Base where our videos and articles are available
Click on 
and this will take you to a place where you can create a Blackpurl Support ticket
