This article will take you through how to run an Active Part Sales report
The Active Part Sales report will allow the Dealership to report on all open and active Customer Orders > Part and Accessories Sales
The purpose of this report is for the Dealership to be able to review and follow up to see if any of the Customer Orders can be closed out / chased up etc
How to run the Active Part Sales Report
- From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports

- In our Blackpurl reports section > Parts > Active Part Sales

- The report will generate with the following default settings:
- The user can then click on results in the Order Number column which will open up a new window for the Customer Order to review and see if you want to close out the Customer Order
