This article will explain how you can disconnect Blackpurl from your accounting package ie QuickBooks Online / Xero
Disconnecting
Users with the correct permission, do have the ability to disconnect the accounting package from Blackpurl
In System Settings > Accounting Integration, if a User, clicks on or similar link for Xero it will disconnect the link that has been established between Blackpurl and your accounting package
If you disconnect, this will mean that no accounting integration will occur and that no transactions from Blackpurl will be sent over to QuickBooks Online or Xero
Reconnecting
To allow account integration to occur again, the link between Blackpurl and QuickBooks Online / Xero will need to re-established.
To re-establish the link, please reach out to Blackpurl Support by chat bubble or by emailing support@blackpurl.com to go through the steps you need to do
Once the link has been re-established, all transactions previously not synced can be pushed across to your accounting package but the Dealership will need to discuss this with Blackpurl Support if they need this done

Our Blackpurl Support Development Team do get notified if there are any accounting sync failures - including any sync failures due to disconnection
A sync failure is when a transaction does not integrate over to your accounting package
Our Blackpurl Support Development Team will review what is causing the sync and resolve the issue with or without contacting the Dealership
