This report will list all the Open Service Jobs in your Blackpurl
This will allow the Dealership to go through the Open Service Jobs and see if there are job that can be closed or followed up etc
How to run the Open Service Job Report
- From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports
- In our Blackpurl reports section > Service > Open Service Jobs
The default parameters are quite simple:
- Type - Service Job
- Status - Open
The default columns are:
- Type
- Order Number (you can click on the Order Numbers and it will open up the relevant Customer Order
- Customer
- Job Type
- Status
- SO Status
- Job
- Unit Description
- Technician
- Total
- Opened
- Modified
- Remember that you can change these default parameters by clicking
as you may want to only show a technician or a date range or a different status ie Invoiced so you can see what has been invoiced for a certain date range
- Columns can be changed as well by clicking
and then selecting or deselecting as the case may be
- A example of how you can use this report - you may want to show how much has been invoiced for the day for each Technician
You can change the parameters to show Status: Invoiced and Invoice Date: select a date or date range and Technician: select the tech you want to report on
