This report will list all Customer Owned Units in your Blackpurl
The report will give you a list of Customers and the Customer Owned Units that are on their Blackpurl Customer Records
How to run the Customer Owned Units Report
- From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports
- In our Blackpurl reports section > Service > Customer Owned Units
- The default columns and parameters is as per screen shot below and it will list all Customer Owned Units that have been modified in the Last 7 days
Remember that you can change your parameters are any time by clicking on 
or click on 
to select and/or deselect further columns
