The Unit Sales Tracker report is basically a way of tracking unit sales and Salesperson activity by reporting on when a unit becomes a “confirmed sale"
Definition of a "confirmed sale"
- It is when either a Deal deposit is taken on the Customer Order or the Unit Deal status is progressed from Quote to In progress
How to run the Unit Sales Tracker Report
- From the Blackpurl Header > Reporting > Reports
- In our Blackpurl reports section > Units > Unit Sales Tracker
- The default parameters are set to report:
- on units from deals that have been "confirmed sales"
- within the last 7 days
- for all types of Unit - Inventory, On order, Temporary, Consignment and Trade-ins
- for all Salespersons
- The default columns are as per this screen shot:
- Change the default columns by clicking on
and then selecting and/or deselecting the columns from the list
- Change the default parameters can be change by clicking on
and changing them as required ie date range etc or Status of the Unit
