When tax filing deadlines approach, you need a clear breakdown of GST, PST, or HST collected on sales and paid on purchases. The Tax Activity Report pulls this data from your Blackpurl transactions for any date range, so you can verify amounts with your GL and submit accurate filings to CRA and provincial authorities.
Run the Tax Activity Report
Go to Other Tools > Tax Activity & Settings
Stay on the Activity tab
Enter your From and To dates
Click Search
Pro Tip: The report excludes internal invoices by default. Uncheck Exclude Internal Invoices and re-run if you need to include them.
