Before filing state and local taxes, you need to verify how much sales tax you collected and how much purchase tax you paid across your dealership. The Tax Activity Report extracts this data from your Blackpurl transactions for any date range, so you can reconcile with your GL and file accurate returns.
Run the Tax Activity Report
Go to Admin > Tax Activity
Stay on the Activity tab
Enter your From and To dates
Click Search
Pro Tip: The report excludes internal invoices by default. Uncheck Exclude Internal Invoices and re-run if you need to include them.
