Blackpurl System Settings Overview

A guide to what System Settings are, where to find them, and links to articles for each individual setting.

System Settings are the back-end and front-end configuration options for Blackpurl. They were set up during your activation by your Activation Specialist and cover everything from your accounting integration to disclaimers on your customer order invoices. You can change them as needed, but make sure you understand what each setting controls before making changes. If you are unsure, contact Blackpurl Support for assistance.

Where to Find System Settings

To open System Settings, click your Profile icon in the Blackpurl header, then select Settings from the dropdown menu. Your profile icon displays your initials and will look different from other users' icons.

Clicking Settings opens the System Settings Dashboard. If the dashboard does not load, you do not have the correct User Permission to access it — speak to your manager to have your permissions updated.

For further information on User Permissions, see:

System Settings Dashboard

The System Settings Dashboard displays all available configuration tiles. Some tiles may not appear in your Blackpurl — this is normal, as certain settings are location-specific.
