This reference lists all available user permissions in Blackpurl, grouped by category. Use it to understand what each permission enables and to find the relevant help article for setup or context. Permissions are managed through your user or group settings by anyone with the User Management account administration permission.

General Permissions

General permissions control access to dashboards, tools, and system-wide features that span multiple areas of Blackpurl.

Transaction permissions control what users can view and action across the different transaction types in Blackpurl.

Sales

Sales permissions govern access to Customer Orders and their component sections.
