The Recent Parts report gives you a list of parts that have been recently added or modified in Blackpurl. Use it to quickly review part activity within a set time period.
How to Run the Recent Parts Report
Navigate to the Recent Parts report by following these steps:
1. Click Reporting in the Blackpurl header, then select Reports.
2. In the Reports section, go to Parts > Recent Parts.
Default Parameters and Columns
The Recent Parts report opens with the following default filter parameters:
Type — Part
Modified — Last 7 days
The report displays the following columns by default:
Type
Part Number
Description
Category
Retail
Qty Available
Modified
Status
Location
