Invoice Summary Report
The Invoice Summary report in Blackpurl lets you view invoice data for a specific date range. You can customize the columns displayed and adjust filters to tailor the report to your needs — for example, adding an Invoice Profit column or filtering by a custom date range.
Running the Invoice Summary Report
To open the report, go to the Blackpurl header and select Reporting > Reports - Invoice Summary.
The report opens with a default set of columns and date parameters.
Adding or Removing Columns
You can add or remove columns to show the data most relevant to you. To add a column — for example, Invoice Profit — click the + (add columns) button, select Invoice Profit from the list, then click Done.
The report refreshes and the new Invoice Profit column appears in your results.
While you have the columns dialog open, add any other columns you need — such as Commission (the commission amount entered on the unit deal) — or untick any columns you want to remove from the results.
Changing Parameters
To change search filters such as the date range, click the filter (dropdown arrow) button to expand the search filters panel, then update the fields as needed.
Viewing Summary Totals
To see totals for columns such as Invoice Profit, click the Summary Totals (pie chart) button. A panel appears showing totals across all records in your current results.
