BP2CO HowTo: Unit Arrived / Unit Check-In

Each service job on a customer order has values in the left sidebar which allow you to record: When the unit is expected to arrive, when you've promised the work to be done by, the mileage in/out and indicate that the unit has arrived at your store.

Where the Check-In Fields Live

The check-in fields are in the Details grouping in the left sidebar. Open any Service Job tab on the Customer Order to see this sidebar. The Details grouping is expanded by default -- click its header to collapse or re-expand it at any time.
