What’s improved?


  • Improvement - Website Product Management:
    • Introduced the ability to manage the sort order of product variants in Blackpurl and have this reflected in the webstore product variants
  • Improvement - New payment method called “Webstore”
  • The payment method is now available for those Dealerships that have Shopify Integration

  • The new payment method can be enable/disable by the Dealership and can be tied to its own Undeposited funds General Ledger account but by default this new payment method will be disabled upon deployment of this release

  • Resolved - an issue which caused a part “in stock” quantity to not align with the actual FIFO inventory for the part.  The issue was caused when the part was returned twice on the same customer order

  • Resolved - an issue encountered when creating temporary units on a deal and the unit would not save because an excessive number of characters were entered in the colour field.  Now the user is limited to entering 20 characters just like on stock and order units.

  • Resolved - an issue which caused right hand side characters to be cut of on the printed / emailed deal document

  • Resolved an issue which caused an internal service job to incorrectly be reset to being a customer pay job

  • Resolved a issue which caused some website products to fail syncing because some of the variants were previously synced while others were in the New status

  • Released - Mapped forms for specific Dealerships with the relevant Dealerships notified
