If you have found that some of your Blackpurl transactions are not integrating over to our accounting package (QuickBooks Online / Xero), you can check the connection in Blackpurl
This article will explain how to test the connection
If you believe that your accounting package has disconnect from your Blackpurl, the first step is to verify your connection status by testing the connection in Blackpurl
- From the Blackpurl Header > click on your Profile icon > Settings
In our example below our Profile icon is - keep in mind that your Profile icon will be different
- From the System Setting Dashboard > click on
- In the first screen, click on

- If the connection has dropped, please contact Blackpurl Support by chat bubble or by emailing support@blackpurl.com and advising them that your accounting connections seems to have dropped off
- If the connect has not disconnected but you know that transactions are not integrating from Blackpurl to your accounting package, please contact Blackpurl Support by chat bubble or by emailing support@blackpurl.com and providing them with an example of a transaction that has not integrated for them to investigate
