How do I switch back to the Classic view?


When using Blackpurl 2 you can (if needed) switch back to the Classic view


From the Blackpurl Header > click on your Profile icon (each one will look different but very similar) and then click Switch to classic view

How do I switch from Classic view back to Blackpurl 2?


If you have switched back to the Classic view and want to return to Blackpurl 2


From the Blackpurl Header > click and then click Switch back to Blackpurl 2




Where are all of the old "Add" actions now?


In the Classic view these actions were found here:



Now these actions are found in a Workspace where the corresponding record tab is found:


Add Customer is found in Admin workspace > Customers tab


Add Vendor is found in Admin workspace > Vendors tab


Add Part is found in Parts workspace > Inventory tab


Add Labor Code is found in Admin workspace > Labor Codes tab


Add Kit is found in Service workspace > Kits tab


Add Fee is found in Admin workspace > Fees tab


Add Stock Unit is found in Sales workspace > Inventory tab > Other actions icon



Where do I find the old Store Summary that was on the home page?


As this is typically administrative/managerial information a tile is available in the Admin Workspace


You can customize Your Home page to include this tile if needed



How do I filter one of the tabs in a Workspace?


Each list view will have a Filter action in the top right


Here you will find all of the list view columns that you can filter by:





Can I change how the a list view is sorted?


Simply point and click on the column header that you want to sort by


Clicking multiple times toggles between Ascending and Descending sort order
