This article explains how to remove a unit from an open Unit Deal so you can add a different unit in its place. You may need to do this if the wrong unit was added or the customer has changed their selection.

If you have already committed options on the Unit Deal, you will not be allowed to remove or swap the unit. Resolve any committed options before attempting to remove the unit.

1. Open the Unit Deal you need to update.

2. Scroll to the Unit Deal section.
​

3. Click Remove Unit to remove the unit from the deal.
​

4. When prompted, confirm your request to remove the unit from the deal.

After the unit is removed, the Unit Deal remains open and you can add a new unit — either a stocked unit or a temporary unit — to replace it.
