The Publish in Feeds field lets your dealership control which Part Records and Unit Records are sent through data feeds such as FTP. Use this setting to exclude specific records from being published when you don't want that data shared externally.
Before You Start
If you want your FTP feeds to always respect the Publish in Feeds flag, enable the relevant system setting first. Go to System Settings > Settings & Controls > Shop Settings and turn on Always obey publish in feeds. For details, see the Shop Settings section in System Settings > Settings and Controls (no longer available).
