Understanding Accounting Integration — Step 4: Control Accounts Overview

Learn what Control Accounts are in Blackpurl's accounting integration and find links to detailed articles for each Control Account type.

Control Accounts are General Ledger accounts that Blackpurl automatically posts to when specific transactions occur. Most are clearing or holding accounts — your dealership may never post to them directly, but each one must still have a General Ledger account assigned. Control Accounts

Each Control Account listed below must have a General Ledger account assigned in your accounting setup. The screenshots below show the full list of Control Accounts as they appear in Blackpurl's accounting configuration screen.
