The Active Part Sales report shows all open and active Customer Orders that include Parts and Accessories Sales. Use this report to review outstanding orders and follow up on any that can be closed out or chased up.
How to Run the Active Part Sales Report
1. From the Blackpurl header, navigate to Reporting > Reports.
2. In the Reports section, select Parts > Active Part Sales.
3. The report generates using default settings and displays a data table of all open active Part and Accessories Sales on Customer Orders.
4. Click any value in the Order Number column to open the Customer Order in a new window. From there you can review the order and decide whether to close it out.
