Store Credit Liability Report

Use the Store Credit Liability report to reconcile your total store credits in Blackpurl against the matching General Ledger account in your accounting package.

What the Store Credit Liability Report Is For

The Store Credit Liability report shows the total value of store credits currently held in Blackpurl. Use it to reconcile that total against the corresponding Store Credit Liability General Ledger account in your accounting package.

How to Run the Report

1. From the Blackpurl header, navigate to Reporting > Report > Reconciliation > Store Credit Liability Account.

2. The report loads with the relevant filters, columns, and totals already configured. To get the total of store credits in Blackpurl, click Totals and review the total figure displayed.


When to Use This Report

Run this report regularly — at minimum at the end of each month — so you can balance your accounting package's Store Credit Liability General Ledger account against the total in Blackpurl.

What to Do with the Report Results

If your dealership has accounting integration, use the Store Credit total from this report to compare against the Store Credit Liability General Ledger account in your accounting package. The two figures should match.
