BP2CO Drawer: Forms and Attachments

The Attachments drawer gives you a single, centralized place to view, add, and manage all forms and attachments across every transaction on a Customer Order. Open it from the drawer icon bar on the right side of the Customer Order screen.

Drawer Icon Indicator

The Attachments drawer is represented by an icon in the drawer listing. When the icon includes a red dot this means that the drawer contains forms or attachments that have been included for a transaction on the customer order.

Viewing Attachments in the Drawer

Opening the Attachments drawer shows a list of all forms and attachments added across every transaction on the customer order. Forms & Attachments are sorted in the same order as the primary tabs: Unit Deal first, Service jobs next, then Parts & Accessories.

  • Each item listed identifies which section it belongs to and when it was added

  • If the item is an image, you can click on to view an enlargement of it

Add a Form to a Customer Order

Use the Form action button at the top of the Attachments drawer to add a form to any deal, Deal Finance, or service job on the Customer Order. The panel lets you choose one or more forms and which transaction to associate them with.

Add an Attachment to a Customer Order

Use the Attachment action button at the top of the Attachments drawer to add an attachment to any deal, Deal Finance, or service job on the Customer Order. The panel lets you choose a file from your computer and which transaction to associate it with.

PDF files must be under 25 MB; other file types have a default limit of 1.25 MB. The attached files appear in the drawer list under the section you selected.

Filter the Forms and Attachments List

The drawer shows a unfiltered list of all forms and attachments across every transaction on the Customer Order. Use the filter control above the list to narrow the view by section — for example, to see only the forms for a specific deal or service job.

Bulk Actioning Forms and Attachments

The line items in this drawer provide a checkbox on the left side of each line which allows you to select one of more line items to bulk action.

Once you have selected at least one line item, the bulk action toolbar will appear at the bottom of this screen. For this drawer you can bulk action to either Delete or Print the items.
