The Service History drawer on a customer order gives you quick access to the complete service history for every unit the customer owns without leaving the order. Use it to look up prior work, review repair patterns, or answer customer questions while the order is open.
Drawer Icon Indicator
The Notes for Customer drawer is represented by an icon in the drawer listing. Simply clicking on this icon will present you with a drawer giving you access to the customers service history.
Viewing the Service History
Opening the Service History drawer will show you a listing of all units currently owned by the customer.
If there are multiple units on file for the customer they will appear collapsed as seen here:
Clicking on the "View" action button for any of the units will expand that unit to show its full service history. When there is only one unit on file for the customer it will automatically be expanded.
For each service job listed for a unit you get to see:
The customer order number
The job type, job status and job total
The job name
The date when it was last modified
The mileage record on the job
The concern field from the job
Each job, except for the one from the customer order you are currently working with gives you an icon on the right hand side which when actioned will open the referenced customer order in a new browser tab.
