It is available for:
Stock Units.
Order Units.

How to control the data values included in the Document
While some unit data values will always appear on the document such as:

How to include a QR code on the document
You can include a QR code on the document that navigates to a web page of your choice for that unit. For example, the unit's listing page on your website.
Open the unit record and click Edit
Populate the Website URL field with the URL you want the QR code to navigate to
Save the unit, then generate the Unit Specifications Document.
If the field is not populated, no QR code is included on the document.
How to include sample financing information on the document
You can include a sample financing block on the document showing an example of a financing payment amount. The values used to calculate the sample payment are set once in Settings & Controls and then apply to all of these documents you generate.
Navigate to Settings > Settings & Controls > Other Settings
Populate the financing fields, including Loan Term and Payment Frequency
Generate the Unit Specifications Document for a unit to see the results
NOTE: If you do not populate the values in Settings & Controls the sample financing information will not appear on the unit specifications document
How to include empty data fields on the document
You can choose if empty data fields are included on the document or not. By default they will be included but if you would prefer not to include them a setting in Settings & Controls can exclude them.
Navigate to Settings > Settings & Controls > Other Settings
Enable or disable the Include empty fields? toggle

The sample financing information (controlled by settings & controls)

The company logo
The primary image from the unit

the field is populated
the unit product type for the unit indicates to include it
The VIN/SN and Stock#

The unit data values
The inclusion of any other data values for the unit is dictated by the unit product type assigned to the unit. Blank values are only included when you have indicated to included them in Settings & Controls.
NOTE: Approximately 35 Unit Product Type controlled fields fit on page 1. In most cases, the only reason a document runs to a second page is that a large number of fields have been selected for inclusion. If a second page is required, the header will be repeated on that page.
The pricing block
The pricing block is always included on the document. What it contains depends on the contents of the Unit Price & Cost Details on the unit record.
If the unit only contains base unit pricing then a simple pricing block is included containing only the Total Price of the unit.
But if the unit also has any non-zero priced factory options or dealer installed options, the pricing block will contain more detail as seen here.
The sample financing information
If you have populated the required values in Settings & Controls, a sample financing block will be included based on the values you entered there. If you have not populated those settings, this block will be excluded.
The QR code
If the Website URL field on the unit has been populated with a URL, a QR Code will be included as well. If the field is not populated, no QR code is included on the document.
