Blackpurl can print barcode labels to Dymo LabelWriter printers, but this requires specific Dymo software to be installed and running on the computer connected to the printer. The software you need depends on your printer model and operating system.
Important Notice About Dymo Printer Support
Blackpurl no longer officially supports Dymo printers. We will do our best to help get your Dymo printer working, but we may recommend switching to a more reliable Zebra label printer instead. Supported Zebra models include:

If your dealership has the Dymo LabelWriter 550, note that Blackpurl no longer supports this model on macOS. If you still need to attempt installation, use this software:
Verify Installation and Notify Support
Once installation is complete, you can confirm the Dymo software is running by checking your system tray — the Dymo icon will appear in the taskbar at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Two important points to keep in mind after installation:
The Dymo software must be running at all times for Blackpurl to send barcode labels to your printer. If the software is not running, printing will not work.
Contact Blackpurl Support and let them know the make and model of your Dymo printer and which software you have installed. This step is required before barcode printing will work.
