Blackpurl can export Vendor Orders (VOs) in the Turn14 (TRDOS) format, allowing you to import the order directly into the Turn14 Tucker Rocky Parts Order Interface. No additional setup is required before using this feature.
Exporting a Vendor Order to Turn14 Format
Once your Vendor Order is ready to submit, follow these steps to export it in the Turn14 (TRDOS) format.
1. Open the Vendor Order you want to export.
2. Click Export vendor order to open the Export vendor order window.
3. In the Export vendor order window, under Select a Blackpurl format, click Export to display the list of available formats.
4. Select Turn 14 (TRDOS) from the format list.
5. If this is the first time you are exporting to Turn14 for this vendor, Blackpurl will ask: Would you like to assign this format to the vendor?
Select Yes to save Turn14 (TRDOS) as the default format for this vendor — future VOs for the same vendor will use it automatically.
Select No to skip saving the default — you will need to select the format manually each time.
6. In the Turn 14 (TRDOS) export window, select the freight carrier.
7. Click Export to generate and download the file.
The exported file is saved to your computer using the naming convention VOnumber.txt — for example, VO00123.txt.
Use this file to import the order into the Turn14 Parts Order Interface.
