Blackpurl can generate an export file from a Vendor Order (VO) formatted for import into your Yamaha Canada dealer login. Process your VO as normal, then use the export option below to produce the file.

Complete the following steps once your Vendor Order is ready to send to Yamaha Canada.

1. Process your Vendor Order for Yamaha Canada as normal by adding all relevant parts.
​

2. When the Vendor Order is ready, click the Export button on the Vendor Order screen.
​

​3. In the Export Order dialog, select Yamaha Canada as the export format.
​

​4. Blackpurl will generate an export file in the correct format for importing into your Yamaha Canada dealer login.

5. After exporting, click Submit Order to confirm that the Vendor Order has been submitted. This step is required even after the export file has been generated.
