Blackpurl's Yamaha Vendor Stock on Hand (SOH) integration lets you check whether a Yamaha part is available in the Yamaha warehouse — without leaving Blackpurl. Once set up, availability and quantity information appears directly on a Part Record or when adding a Yamaha part to a Customer Order.
Setup
Setting up the Yamaha Vendor SOH integration requires Blackpurl Support to involve the Development team. Contact Blackpurl Support and request the Yamaha Vendor SOH Integration, providing the following details:
Your Yamaha website address
Yamaha website username
Yamaha website password
Your Yamaha Vendor Code in Blackpurl
To find your Yamaha Vendor Code, navigate to the relevant Vendor Record for Yamaha in Blackpurl.
Note: The Yamaha username and password are the credentials your dealership uses to log into the Yamaha website. Blackpurl only needs one set of logon details from your dealership.
Once you have submitted your request, Blackpurl Support will have the Development team complete the setup and will notify you when it is ready to use.
How It Works
After setup is complete, the Yamaha Vendor SOH integration is available in two places: on a Part Record and on a Customer Order.
Option 1: Part Record
On any Yamaha Part Record, click the Vendor availability button to check warehouse stock. Blackpurl queries the Yamaha website and returns whether the part is in stock at the Yamaha warehouse, along with the available quantity.
Option 2: Customer Order
Once a Yamaha part has been added to a Customer Order, click the Vendor availability button in the Parts & Accessories section. Blackpurl queries the Yamaha website and reports back the stock status and quantity available at the Yamaha warehouse.
