Got a text from a number Blackpurl doesn't recognize? Link it to an existing customer or create a new one, and the conversation is filed in the right place.
Conversations from unknown numbers show Unknown Number and an Add button under the phone number.
Link to an existing customer
Open the conversation and select Add.
Choose Existing Customer and find the customer.
Confirm. The number is added to the customer and the conversation moves under them.
Create a new customer
Open the conversation and select Add.
Choose New Customer. The phone number is filled in for you.
Add the name and save. The customer is created and the conversation is linked.
Use the Unknown sender filter to find these conversations. See search and filters.
This works for texts you received and for texts you sent to a typed-in number.
