Search, filter and sort sit at the top of your inbox. Combine them to find any conversation in seconds.
Tool | Options |
Search | Customer name (part of a name works) or phone number (full or partial). Numbers not linked to a customer show up too. |
Filter | All, Unread, Read, or Unknown sender (numbers not linked to a customer). |
Sort | Newest first, Oldest first or Unread first. |
Start-of-day routine: filter to Unread, sort by Oldest first, and work top to bottom so the longest-waiting customer gets answered first.
Filters work on top of a search, so you can search "Smith" and show only unread.
