Export a Vendor Order for Monza / Fox (Australia)

Generate a Vendor Order export file in the Monza / Fox Australia format to send directly to your supplier.

Australian dealerships can export a Vendor Order (VO) in a format compatible with Monza or Fox suppliers. This export file can then be provided directly to your supplier once the order is ready.

Steps

  1. Process your Vendor Order for Monza or Fox as you normally would, adding all relevant parts.

  2. When the Vendor Order is ready, click Export and select Monza / Fox Australia as the format. This produces an export file in the correct format for your supplier.

  3. Send the exported file to your Monza or Fox supplier.

  4. Click Submit Order to mark the Vendor Order as submitted in Blackpurl. This step is separate from the export — you must complete it to record that the order has been sent.
