This article will explain what the field 'Publish in Feeds' is for on Part Records and / or Unit Records
Purpose of 'Publish in Feeds'
We have introduced a way for the Dealership to control what data is being sent in Data Feeds ie FTP etc
For example
There may be instances that you do not want to send data information for a certain Part Records or Unit Records
By using the Publish in Feeds flag, the Dealership can control what data information is send
Prerequisite
If you want your FTP feeds to always obey the 'Publish in Feeds' flag then please setup the relevant System Settings > Settings & Controls - Shop Settings - Always obey publish in feed

Data Feed for Part Records
- All Part Records will have a field called Publish in Feeds with a checkbox indicator
- To modify the checkbox > click on EDIT and then change the checkbox accordingly
- Either check the box - that you want it Publish in Feeds or uncheck the box - that you don't want this record to Publish in Feeds
- Don't forget to SAVE
Data Feed for Unit Records
- All Unit Records will have a field called Publish in Feeds with a checkbox indictor
- To modify the checkbox > click on EDIT and then change the checkbox accordingly
- Either check the box - that you want it Publish in Feeds or uncheck the box - that you don't want it Publish in Feeds
- Don't forget to SAVE
